Ingredients
250 g of spaghetti/ or any kind of noodles
250 g chickenbreast/turkey, chopped
1-2 cloves of garlic, chopped
1 cup celerie, chopped
1 big onion, chopped
1 cup stoneless black Greek olives
1 cup medium hot peppers, chopped
1 can diced tomatoes
salt, pepper,
1 tbs. beef bouillon powder (Knorr)
small glass of dry red wine
dash of italian spices
Preparation
brown the meat in a big pan while browning the meat put onions and garlic in another pan and fry them until golden add celerie and the wine. let simmer for about 5 min. add contents to the meat and then add the olives and the hot pepper (pepperoni, chili)and the can of tomatoes. put the spices, salt and pepper in and add the beef bouillon. Let simmer for about another 10 min. If necessary add a little more wine.
Cook spaghetti or noodles al dente. Serve as soon as noodles are done. You can serve with garlic bread, parmesan cheese and a dry italian wine like chianti or Barolo.
