Ingredients

3 lbs boneless pork spare ribs

garlic powder

salt

2 cups sliced celery

1 large chopped onion

1 green chopped green pepper

3 cloves garlic

3 large cans tomato sauce

1 small can tomato paste

1/2 cup white wine

1/2 cup parsley

2 tsp oregano

1 tsp basil

3 bay leaves

Preparation

  1. Salt and garlic pork, brown on all sides and set aside
  2. Saute celery, onion, pepper and garlic in drippings
  3. Add remaining ingredients and pork
  4. Pressure cook for 35 minutes
