Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1 onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 (28 oz) can diced tomatoes
1 (16 oz) can tomato sauce
1 (6 oz) can tomato paste
2 tsps dried oregano
2 tsps dried basil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 bayleaf
Preparation
Cook ground beef. Drain. Add onion and garlic. Cook until vegetables are tender. Stir tomatoes, tomato sauce, and tomato paste into the pan. Season with the rest of the ingredients. Simmer spaghetti sauce for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
