Ingredients

2 lb. Ground Beef

1 large Onion

1 Green Pepper seeded and

chopped

3 stalks Celery, chopped

1 Clove Garlic, chopped

1 large can pear-shaped Tomatoes

1 small can Tomato Paste

Salt and Pepper to taste

Chili Powder, Tabasco sauce and/or Oregano

Oil

Preparation

Saute Onion, Garlic and Green Pepper until soft. Add all other ingredients except beef and simmer together for 3 hours, stirring occasionally. Brown beef slightly in another pan and add to Tomato Sauce. Simmer for another hour. Serve over al dente Spaghetti. The sauce can be frozen.
