Ingredients

3 cans (16 ounces each) tomato sauce

1 tiny can tomato paste

1 package of mushrooms, sliced

1 tablespoon basil

1 tablespoon oregano

1/4 teaspoon garlic

1 tablespoon onion, minced

1/8 teaspoon red pepper

1 cup red wine

1 package italian sausage

Preparation

Cook sausage and cut into pieces. Combine all ingredients in deep pan and slow cook over medium-low heat for several hours. Serve over cooked spaghetti pasta.
