Ingredients
2-3 lbs. Ground Meat
2 Hot Sausages, cut into chunks
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 -28oz. cans whole Tomatoes, crushed by hand
1 -28oz. cans Tomato Puree
36 oz. Tomato Paste (2 large cans or 6 small cans)
Water
1/4 cup Basil
<1/4 cup Oregano
1 T. Salt
(1 T. if sausage not used), Pepper to taste
Preparation
Saute ground meat and sausages till browned; add garlic and sauté; drain fat
Add Tomatoes, tomato puree, tomato paste
Add Water, rinsed from tomato paste cans till sauce has desired consistency
Add Basil, Oregano, Salt and Sugar
Cover and simmer for 1+hours
