Ingredients
16 oz vermicelli - break into ¼’s or smaller
4 tablespoon oil
3 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon Lawrey’s seasoned salt
1 tablespoon accent
4 oz green pepper
¾ cup chopped red onion
1 cup green onions
1 can black olives, 50 count, chopped or 4 oz chopped
1-1/2 cup Hellman’s mayonnaise
1 each 4 oz diced pimentos
Preparation
1st day Cook, rinse and drain spaghetti. Mix together in bowl and marinate cooked pasta with oil, lemon juice, seasoned salt and accent. 2nd day Mix together with other ingredients, let sit several hours in refrigerator Optional add ½ cup parmesan cheese or to taste add chopped celery add cubed swiss cheese
