Ingredients
Crust: 2-3 cups cooked spaghetti
3 T. butter, melted
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
3-4 eggs, beaten
Filling:
1 1/2 cups cottage cheese
4 cups spaghetti sauce
Preparation
Mix spaghetti, butter, Parmesan cheese and eggs together. Place in deep dish pie plate and form to bottom and sides. Spoon in cottage cheese and spread over bottom of “crust”. Pour spaghetti sauce over pie. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes then cover with mozzerella cheese and bake again for about 10 minutes(until cheese is melted).
