Ingredients

2oz thin spaghetti cooked

1 Tbs light margarine

2 Tbs grated parmesean

1 egg (or 3 egg whites)

4oz lean ground beef or turkey

2/3 cup low fat cottage cheese

8oz tomato sauce

2oz grated mozzarella

1/2 green pepper

onion

4oz canned sliced mushrooms

Preparation

saute green pepper, onions, and mushrooms while pasta cooks add margarine to cooked spaghetti with parmesean and egg spread in 10" pie pan greased with cooking spray add cottage cheese, then meat and vegetables pour tomato sauce over top bake at 350 for 25 min sprinkle mozzarella over top and melt in oven
