Ingredients
1- lb. cooked spaghetti,drained and rinsed
4 eggs
4T. Bertolli extra-light olive oil
1 cup Kraft Parmesan Cheese
2 cups of low fat Sealtest cottage cheese
2cups Ragu Green Pepper and Mushroom Spaghetti sauce
2 cups Kraft Shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
Mix eggs,oil, and parmesan cheese and toss with pasta, thoroughly. Spread into a sprayed 13x9 baking dish. Beat the cottage cheese with mixer and spread over pasta. Spread sauce over and bake for 30 min at 350 degrees then sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and bake an additional 5 minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes and cut into squares. serve with extra suace, meat sauce or meatballs and sausage. ENJOY!
