Ingredients
1/2 pound bacon
1/2 cup chopped onions
3 eggs (1 egg per person)
1/2 cup grated soft white cheese, such as farmer’s
Sprinkling of parsley, dried or fresh
Chopped chives, dried or fresh
Salt and pepper to taste
Spaghetti for 3+ people
Preparation
Fry chopped onion and chopped bacon until crisp.
Combine 3 beaten eggs,(or one egg per person), cheese, parsley, chives and salt and pepper
Prepare spaghetti (don’t overcook) according to instructions on package, leaving it a little al dente. Drain and rinse with hot water. Put in fry pan that the bacon and onion is in, stirring up all the bits. Toss the spaghettie/bacon and onion into the egg/cheese mixture and toss quickly, not letting the eggs to set, but just warm up tjo become the sauce for the hot spaghetti, and allowing the cheese to melt. Serve immediately.
