Ingredients
1 (8 oz) package spaghetti
8 slices bacon, cut into 1" pieces
1/4 cup butter or margarine
2/3 cup chopped green onion
1 (4 oz) can sliced mushrooms, drained
3 egg yolks, beaten
1 cup (4 oz) shredded cheddar cheese
Dash pepper
Preparation
Cook spaghetti according to package directions; drain and set aside. Cook bacon in skillet until crisp; drain and set aside. Add butter to skillet; saute green onions and mushrooms over low heat 2 minutes. Add spaghetti, bacon, egg yolks, cheese, and pepper, tossing gently.
