Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1 cup shredded carrots
2/3 cup chopped onion
1 clove garlic crushed
1 teaspoon basil leaves crushed
1 teaspoon oregano crushed
1 beef bouillon cube
1 teaspoon sugar
seasoning
2 (15 ounce) cans tomato sauce
1 (pound) package creamette spaghetti
Preparation
In a large skillet brown beef until it loses it redness. Drain fat. Add carrots, onion and garlic. Saute until onion is tender. Add remaining ingredients except spaghetti. Cover ans simmer 20 minutes. Prepare spaghetti according to package directions drain. Serve sauce over hot spaghetti.
