Ingredients
16 oz. spaghetti.4 cans of albacore white tuna in water. approx.1/2 cup extra virgen olive oil. 8 lg cloves minced garlic.1/2 tsp red chillie flakes. juice of 1 lemon. 4 ripe roma tomatos chopped.2 tblspn’s capers. approx 15 turns of fresh ground black pepper and salt to taste.
Preparation
while cooking pasta. in a panheat the oil with chillie and garlic for about 1min. avoid burning garlic.add the drainedtuna and remaining ingredientsand bring to a low simmer.when pasta is done add itto the tuna mixture toss the mix acouple of times and top with the fresh parsley & your done!
