Ingredients
2 to 4 soy sausage patties (approximately 80 calories each)
1 to 2 whole wheat English muffins
1-1/2 to 4 ounces fat-free mozzarella cheese
Preparation
- Cook soy sausage according to package instructions.
- Top the English muffin with the cheese and cook in a toaster oven or under the broiler for 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese melts.
- Place sausage on one muffin half and top with other half.
