Ingredients
6 chicken legs/thighs
2 tbl olive oil
1 tsp garlic
1 tsp green onions
1 tsp ginger
1/2-3/4 cup soy sauce
1/2-3/4 cup water
2 tsp sugar
Preparation
Wash and dry chicken with skin on Heat oil over med-hi Add garlic, green onions, ginger to oil When hot add chicken and brown all sides Pour in liquids and sugar Turn down to simmer- cover Let simmer for about 1/2 hr Chicken done when meat starts pulling away from the bone.
