Ingredients
16 oz firm or extra firm tofu pressed
2 tbsp honey
2 tsp on ginger
1/4 soy sauce
4 tbsp olive oil
Preparation
Heat oven to 450 for baking. Combine honey, ginger, soy sauce, and olive oil in a 8x8 pan. Slice pressed tofu into 3/4 inch slice. Place in pan. After 10 minutes, flip tofu. If grilling, let marinate in sauce over an hour. If boiling, broil on high. Broil, bake, or grill, 5-7 minutes on each side until browned. Remove from oven and serve on a crusty break with graited carrots, fresh spinich, or other grilled vegatables.
