Ingredients

1/2 c. vegetable oil

1/2 c. soy sauce

4 T. ketchup

2 T. white vinegar

4 cloves garlic, minced

2-3 lbs. boneless beef round steak, cut into 1" cubes

fresh ground black pepper, to taste.

Preparation

Using a fork, mix first 2 ingredients in small bowl or measuring cup. Pour over beef in large glass covered dish. (Do not use metal or plastic.) Cover and refrigerate, overnight, stirring every few hours.

Use metal or bamboo skewers and grill to preferred doneness, turning skewers frequently.
