Ingredients
1 can (4.5 oz) chopped green chiles
1.5 lbs Monterrey Jack cheese, shredded
12 eggs, lightly beaten
1 tsp. seasoned salt
3.4 cup evaporated milk
Preparation
layer chillies and cheese in oiled 9x13 inch casserole dish. Combine eggs, evaporated milk and salt. Pour over cheese and chillies. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.
