Ingredients

1 box 13.5 oz. Whole Grain Penne Pasta

1/2 tsp. garlic powder

1/2 tsp. salt

1/4 tsp. pepper

1 cup mayonaise

3 Chipotle Peppers from a can(chopped)

1 red bell pepper (chopped)

1 15oz. can chopped tomatos with diced pepper & garlic (drained well)

1 15 oz.can whole kernal corn (drained)

1 15 oz.can black beans (rinsed and drained well)

Preparation

Cook pasta according to directions. Rinse with cold water and drain well. Toss pasta with garlic powder, salt, pepper and set aside.

Chop 3 chipolte peppers well and mix with mayonaise. Set aside.

In large glass bowl mix together chopped bell pepper with tomatos, corn, & black beans. Add the pasta and mayonaise mix and toss. Can be served immediatly.
