1 Can Campbell’s Fiesta Nacho Cheese Soup

OR Ranchero Tomato Soup

OR Pepper Jack Soup

1 3/4 Cups Whole Milk

1 Cup Fresh Crab Meat

3 TB Sherry Cooking Wine

Chopped Fresh Cilantro

Preparation

Whisk soup and milk over medium heat until hot and smooth.

Add crab and stir gently until warmed through.

Add cooking sherry and stir for about a minute or two.

Serve with chopped cilantro with each serving.
