Ingredients

3 Cups or More Chicken Cooked and Diced

1 Medium Onion- Chopped

1 Medium Green Pepper- Chopped

2 Ribs Celery- Chopped

1/2 Lb. Mushroom- Sliced

1 lb. Velvetta Cheese

1 can Cr. of Mushroom Soup

12 oz. Thin Spaghetti

10 oz. can Rotel

2 Tbsp. Butter or Oleo

Preparation

Melt Butter and saute onion, green pepper, celery, and mushrooms. Melt cheese in double boiler. Add soup and tomatoes. Cook spaghetti. Mix together all ingredients and spoon into a 9x13" baking dish. Cover in foil and bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 mins depending on how hot your oven is.
