Ingredients

1 can Kidney beans

1 can Black beans

1 can Garbanzo beans

2 celery ribs, sliced

1 medium red onion, diced

1 medium tomato, diced

1 c. frozen corn, thawed

3/4 c. thick & chunky salsa

1/4 c. vegetable oil

1/4 c. lime juice

1 1/2 tsp. chili powder

tsp. salt

1/2 tsp. ground cumin

Preparation

Drain & rinse beans. Mix together beans, celery, onion, tomato & corn. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over beans, toss to coat. Cover & chill at least 2 hours.
