Ingredients

1 Tbsp olive oil

4 skinless chicken breats

4 tsp chili powder

2 tsp cumin

1 large onion

1 med green pepper

1 can cream of chicken soup

3.4 C water

1.5 C whole kernel corn

2 cans white kidney beans rinsed and drained (cannellini)

2 tbsp shredded cheddar cheese

Preparation

Heat oil in skillet, add chicken, chili powder, cumin, onion, pepper and cook until chicken is done and veggies are tender. Stir soup, water, corn, and beans into a saucepan and heat to a boil. Reduce to low. Cover and cook stirring occasionally. Sprinkle with cheese.
