Ingredients
1-3/4 cups sugar
6 peaches, cut into wedges, skin on
2 limes, peeled and cut into rounds
1 sprig of fresh mint
3 “family-sized” or 8 regular-sized bags orange pekoe black tea
Preparation
In a saucepan over low heat, bring 2 cups of water simmering and stir in sugar until dissolved. Remove from heat, add 2 cups cold water cooling 10 minutes.
Pour sugar water into glass container. Add peaches, limes, mints to stir. Add tea bags, cover and put container outside in sun for 3-5 hours.
Remove tea bags, stir the tea, Scoop out all fruits and mints, divide them evenly among molds, pour in tea, insert stick, freeze 6 hours.
Remove from freezer, let stand 5 minutes to break apart from mold.
